We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all cigar sales are final. However, we do accept returns for store credit only under the following condition:

Items that arrive damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the affected product(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Bundles with tampered packaging

Products returned without prior approval
📦 Return Instructions:
If approved, return instructions will be sent to your email. Please do not send products back without authorization, as they may be refused.
